A woman ahead of her time, she has been involved in the spinners and weavers and embroidery guilds for 40 years.
Isabel doesn't do pretense. doesn't do fancy. doesn't do pastel.
Big, bold, bright, beautiful is her style. In weaving, stitching .... anything textile ..... including wire, glass plastic, just so long as its fabulously outrageous.
At the moment she is working on a roomful of balls, from 1 cm tiny to a metre across.
Did I mention she is 87?
